life sucks. Monday, June 30, 2008, 10:49 PM well, basically todae had training at woodlands stadium. it was quite fun though cause no coach. wakakaka. hahahs. like usual , did some short sprints , relay and of course , the damn *somersault. i hate* doing the somersault! -.- i just cannot do it. my legs would be up high and as usual, i would owaes land flat on my back. -.- then , fhaaz would owaes laugh at me. T.T den blah blah blah , did relay once and training ended. :D went to causeway point go makan at burger king. (: well , went out ystrdae with my aunt to swensens to have an advanced father's dae celebration at vivo. O.o then , we went to our specific events ; sprinters and long distance. coach taught us hw to use de starting block. blahh blahh blahh. then he left us. only de guys with their spikes on practiced with de starting block. de rest of us was lepak-ing onli. very de malas want to practice. hahahs. we slacked lorhh. talked many many craps. especially shikin. dunoo la hw , all of a sudden talked abt *bulu.
